The Voice of Women in Infrastructure

PepTalkHer

The gender pay gap is hurting all of us - and it’s among the worst for women in infrastructure. PepTalkHer is on a mission to change that and help you get paid more and promoted faster.

Founder Meggie Palmer launched the PepTalkHer community for professional women and launched the PepTalkHer app after her own experience of the pay gap when she was a journalist and foreign correspondent. She likens the app to a period tracker - but for your career! A fit bit but instead of tracking your steps it tracks your work wins.

The free PepTalkHer app is designed as an online brag book. A place to keep track of all your awesome accomplishments at work.

The data can then be emailed to you for performance review time. The app sends you prompts to help you recall all the amazing things you’ve done work-wise, so you can articulate your value to your boss and advocate for yourself.

PepTalkHer also runs programs to help you strategize your next pay bump and job change. Check out their programs and executive coaching offering here.

You can download the PepTalkHer app today and start tracking your wins for free: www.peptalkher.com/app
