The book offers industy survival tips and discusses the importance of allies in the workplace. Through powerful storytelling, Hilary addresses how sharing our stories can keep us from being invisible, a workplace hazard for women in the trades.
At this Oregon Tradeswomen event, Hilary will read from her book and take questions from the audience addressing her two-decades of experience as a transient welder and one of the only women in the Boilermakers Union.
