This workshop provides participants with practical and foundational knowledge about diversity and inclusion. It explores the continuous process of fostering an inclusive mindset and introduces concepts such as unconscious bias, as well as the barriers and benefits of diversity and inclusion. By the end of this module, participants will enhance their communication skills and inclusivity in the workplace, having increased their understanding of diversity and inclusion.
